The DIRECTORY is published every other year and a hard copy is available for $8.00. Other persons and/or organizations may not use this Directory for any purpose without the written consent of the CFGC State President with the approval of the CFGC Board of Directors. Any errors included in this Directory are not intentional by the Editor and should not be construed as such.
