On June 14, 2014 a new Blue Star Memorial went up in the Evergreen Cemetery in Colorado Springs. This memorial was sponsored by the Kinnikinnik Chapter of the Daughter’s of the American Revolution in Colorado Springs, along with John and Audrey Coyle and the the Colorado Federation of Garden Clubs.
The Blue Star Memorial is a standing tribute to all the men and women of the Armed Forces who have given their lives defending the United States of America.
